Erik meijer scored in the UEFA Cup 2nite for Aachen against Lille, it was the winner with Aaachen winning 1-0.

didn't even know he was still playing or that he could score goals for that matter.  :D

Absolute top man, I will NEVER forget the square behind the shops in Dortmund, before the UEFA Cup Final, and Eric the Red having a few beers with the lads.

too bad he couldn't replicate that on the pitch and be a top player, but top man he was. :)

I saw highlights from the match on Eurosport - Erik Meijer is skipper of the team, and from what i saw he seemed to be their playmaker  ???

Meijer was mint, he was just like the terminator, lol, it was great the way he used to get G the crowd up, great bloake and gave 200%, just a pitty he only scored once for us :(

:D yes he was but you're missing the point we love him coz he loves us , he loved us before he came , he loved playing reserve games away against Bradford, he loved us after he left , the man is a complete headcase , he was in Dortmund town centre for the cup final  , leading the singing wearing his old LFC shirt. We love Eric :D
