Anyway my prediction is below:
1. City
2. Liverpool
3. Spurs
4. Utd
5. Chelsea
6. Arsenal
I prefer to set low expectations. On paper, we have improved the starting 11 from last season. If the likes of Salah, Mane, Firmino, and VVD carry their form from last season then we have as good a side as anyone (outside City and perhaps to a lesser extent Utd).
That said, my prediction as Kazza noted had more to do with how I've consistently got it wrong when it comes to where we finish in the league.
We should be hoping for 2nd or 3rd at the very worst. No reason why we wont challenge for the title especially if City have a bad run somewhere early on and Chelsea dont pull a Chelsea and win the league with a new manager after finishing outside the top4 the season before.
On the other sides, I think Arsenal have the best attacking duo in the league in Lacazette-Aubameyang. They have a new manager who is famed for getting the best out of his player, a galvanized fanbase, and an improved defense.
Chelsea added Jorginho to a midfield that already features the likes of Kante, Hazard, and Willian. They have a new manager who will no doubt play a more attacking style of play and if the likes of Hazard and Willian (2 of the best players in the world imo) catch form, they'll be almost unstoppable.
The reason I had City as 2nd is because I think Guardiola is going to experiment a bit more this season. Their defense isnt as great as many make out and outside Sterling and Jesus, the gap between their starters and subs means they are always a couple of injuries away from crisis mode.
