I got a chance to fly one of the bigger ones today RBG.  Well impressed at how easy it was to control and at how responsive it was. It was one of the quad-copters and considering it was raining and blowing a gale I thought it was a great piece of kit for €100.

Definitely considering getting one  :nod

It wasn't mine mags. It belongs to a guy at work and he just has it as a toy. It has a tiny camera attached but the footage gets recorded to a s/d card so I didn't get to see it. The bigger ones have better cameras installed and stream live footage back to the controller but they start at about €500.

There is other uses for them though
