Off the top of my head.......

You would have to have the mpeg running and periodically press "Print Screen" at intervals.  Paste it into a Photo manipulating program.  Even if it's Paint which comes with all Windows PC's.

Of course you would have to run the mpeg loads of times.

Then separate the still images you have collected into chronological order.  Run them in an animation program (I can recommend an excellent free one if you really want to learn this) in a loop and your still pictures will come to life.

I did a simple one in my signature with four pictures of Anfield.

yeh my brother did something similar i think jonny, he uses windows movie maker and he could pause the mpeg and take each 10th of a second of the mpeg and then he used Jasc Animation Shop to put the images together to make the animation.

Did Biscan for you Judge.

Took me the last hour to do.  So you could have them made in no time if you know what you are doing.

You should be able to use it as an avatar.

I think I can change that quickness, but I can't be bothered now cause I'm tired.  I've got loads of time this week to pi$$ about because I have a week off work so I might do some more goals this week.

I only done it just to see if I could.  I'm pleased to see it worked.

Judge did you see the Biscan avatar / animation?

Johnny: the problem with the Biscan animation is that it appears to be too big.

It took a while to fully load on my machine, despite having broadband, and it would probably be a nightmare with 56k.

We'll probably have to limit the size of avatars and signatures as they cause havoc with dial up connections.

Also, there seems to be a problem with vertical sync on that animation.

I'll see if I can shorten it later on.

Whenever I have used avatars, it has never mattered to me what size the picture was horizontally and vertically, the picture just shrinks to the pre-defined avatar pixel size.

I can see what you mean about the broadband / dial up thing.

Leave it with me, I have a week off work and I enjoy pi$$ing about with things like this, so I will try and sort this out and do another couple fo goals if I can find the time between doing nothing, watching films and playing on ChampionshIp Manager (which I'm going to buy this afternoon AND I CAN'T WAIT!!!!).

You should be able to see it on mine I think.  I'll leave it on for a bit, I'm changing back to Ginger Sid later.

I like Ginger Sid.  People know where they stand with Ginger Sid.
