I cannot explain why you have £80 unavailable to you. We have issues full refunds and both occasions sent you an email explaining why.

On top of all this you have now refunded me through paypal which means I have £80 unavailable to me and cannot re-purchase the shirt until 1/5/12. I don't understand why my original order was cancelled but accepted it. The second order being cancelled seems to be a huge over reaction to a simple request. I would like to speak over the telephone to a member of customer services. is this possible?

Why have you refunded me and cancelled my order? I was simply requesting that you send it recorded delivery. if this wasnt possible, a simple no would have been enough. I would have accepted that answer and proceeded with the order.
