Reina - 5 No work, got scored on a pen.. So I guess it's a 5 I dunno.
Flanagan - 6
Skrtel - 6 Had he not given the pen I woulda gave him a 7.
Wilson - 6
Robinson - 6
Henderson - 7 Setup a goal, almost got us a pen and put Suarez through with a nice pass for the 2nd.
Lucas - 0 Didn't play. Spearing - 6.5 Thought he was good in his role today.
Adam - 6 Didn't do enough in attack imo.
Meireles - 5
Maxi - 7.5 Thought he was really good for the most part.
Suarez - 9 MOTM, duh.

Subs -
Carroll (Meireles) - 7.75 Got a goal and was really really good when he came on initially, team got lazy in the latter stages and used him ineffectively.
Downing (Suarez) - 7
Shelvey (Adam) - 6

Reina - 6 Stayed focused and was sharp to danger. Conceded a penalty though. We should sell him before the window closes.
Flanagan - 6 Solid throughout. Lots to learn but on the up!
Skrtel - 6 Strong and commanding. Would have been 7 but for the penalty.
Wilson - 5 Never really noticed him so quiet but solid.
Robinson - 5 Same as Wilson
Henderson - 6 Lacks confidence and experience and it showed. Was a key player though
Spearing - 7 Good game. Worked hard. Stayed focused. Kept it simple.
Adam - 5 Good corners, but not much else.
Meireles - 5 Didn't do much.
Maxi - 7 Lively. Great at finding space.
Suarez - 8 The Man.

Subs -
Carroll (Meireles) - 6 Worked hard, nice goal, good movement.
Downing (Suarez) - 6 Always looks good for us. Very positive, always looking forwards.
Shelvey (Adam) - 5 Didn't have time.

Reina -6- Not much to do, was good when he had to be
Flanagan -5.5- Looked a bit shaky but good enough for the win tonight. Crossing must improve.
Skrtel -6- Poor tackle for the penalty, other than that looked strong
Wilson -6- Went reasonably unnoticed, which i suppose is good.
Robinson -6- Solid performance, nothing spectacular.
Henderson -6.5- Was certainly more influential tonight, starting to grow, some of his touches and decisions were poor however.
Spearing -6- Went about his job well, good energy and foil for adam.
Adam - 5.5- Was alright, should do more in attack, set pieces looked better until Carroll came on and then noone can put the ball in with pace? I understand why the lofted pass for corners/ freekicks, but i feel they should be put closer to goal, we want Carroll scoring more, the deeper pass should be an option ON OCCASION.
Meireles -5- Unfortunate for him, hope he's back soon, but this is why we have such depth in midfield.
Maxi -7- Classic tidy Maxi performance, really good as back up. Again in the right spot and found himself a goal.
Suarez -8- Too good for Exeter, what a player.

Subs -
Carroll (Meireles) -7- Had some nervy touches and flicks, still building an understanding, but great strike for the goal, thats what we want from our no.9. We actually passed the ball on occasion to his feet

Downing (Suarez) -6.5- Definately looked a threat, i think some of his decisions were poor on occassion and he still needs more time to build partnerships with the players around him.
Shelvey (Adam) -6- Nice and tidy whilst on the field, good player to have.

Kenny- 7- Good to see us pass and maintain possesion, liked the team selection, good stuff.

Overall i think its good the likes of Carroll, Henderson, Adam and co. got more time together on the pitch, as i think our main problem atm is the gelling of the team. Good steps made today

Reina - 6 ,Unemployed.
Flanagan - 5 ,had a poor first half improved on the 2nd ,looked a bit shaken (Sunderland game?).
Skrtel - 5 ,not much to do but managed to give them a penalty. Hope the new CB would send him to the end of the bench.
Wilson - 6 ,not much to do.
Robinson - 6 ,Solid defence not supporting Attack at all
Henderson - 5 ,looked lost ,has pace and stamina but lost a lot of balls and looked at times helpless. Would improve i have no doubt
Spearing - 5 ,do we really need him? Always looks avarage.
Adam - 5 ,Again lost too many balls ,not focused and sharp enough.
Meireles - 5 ,How did he manage to injure himself?
Maxi - 7 ,handled the ball calm and confident ,hardly missed a pass and scored .Good Game!
Suarez - 7 ,Delivered the usual good stuff.

Subs -
Carroll (Meireles) - 6 ,scored a good goal ,looked to lose interest in the game at some stage.
Downing (Suarez) - 5, wasn't interested in the game.
Shelvey (Adam) - 5

Kenny - 7 ,liked the fact he played a strong enough team and proved we don't write down any game this season.
