Was at it again tonight. Am getting better, and can keep going for longer now without it getting caught up. Managing to keep my feet lower too. But not as low as these guys.

I cant shake this injury off, last year it happened on my left foot, eventually got that fixed up and now its on the right foot. Ive been cycling alot lately to keep my fitness up and im enjoying it. Not as much as the running but still.
Im supposed to start training for Dublin on Monday and it dosent look good at all.

check out this website, it has a great intro section for people wanting to ease their way into jogging over a few weeks.
I used it and found it really helpful.
