Football future is bleak

The Premiership - General Discussion

With the ever increasing player salaries inflamed by bribery and corruption between agents, managers and clubs the costs are spirraling out of control.

As the costs increase fans will be asked to pay more for their tickets and Sky subscription but were is it likely to end?

There is only so much the fan can do, there wil be a limit to the amount they can pay to keep the wheels turning. Bribery adds to the ever increasing costs but no one seems prepared to do anything about it, the clubs look to the FA and the FA looks to FIFA meanwhile the fans dig deeper into their pockets.

Managers already (allegedly) known to have taken bribes,

Ferguson
George Graham
Rednap
Clough
Venables
Hoddle

Managers whose sons are agents

Rednapp
Alderdyce
Ferguson
Dein (Director Arsenal)

The FA know of these instances but do not want to rock the boat and so refuse to do anything about and it is the fans that ultimately pay for the bribes.

It can't continue without the wheels coming off but all the authorities seem paralysed to do anything about it?

Parry is one of the elder Statesman but he seems unable to change things, that's if he wants to?

Where will it all end?

It all allegedly of course.
Bribery in football helps oil the wheels, the managers take it and the fans pay for it!

I'm lookin into that one next but I think while guilty of taking money the law couldn't exactly link it to divin (to let goals in :D 0 in a game but in the end they got him.

Ol Grobellar is hardly mentioned now is he, no cult status there I'm afraid.
