Hello all.... I'm still in exile after the whole Normangate incident but I'm after sneaking back into the Real World for a while...viva la resistance!!!  :D I only have a certain amount of time here cos I gotta go before the Klinks rumble me.... well whats been the news since Norman was released??  :laugh:

Sounds good Woof , i like little touches like that from Authors you really get a feel for what the charachters go through. :)

I like Historical fiction/Fantasy the best. I'm currently readin Robert Jordans 'Eye of the World' Series. Only on the 1st book , n theres 10 !!!

Just finished Raymond  E. Feist's Riftwar saga. A Trilogy of books in massive overall fantasy world.

Lord of the Rings is a masterpiece. Forget the films (exellent as they are) Tolkiens writing skills are breathtakins at times. :)

Yeah I noticed that so I couldn't be bothered reading em all back... maybe someday when I have nothing better to do!! So much for stopping at 500 eh... this bad boy is rolling on towards the big 1k  :laugh:

Bloody hell Simic welcome back . We've been invaded by Mancs n french while u were in hiding. Several Klink infiltraitors have been sniffed out and Shanti is really Anfield Adorer :D

Alright woof check out Stephen Ambrose if you havent already American biased but still a good read especially his D day one

I also enjoyed Garcia Marquez books

Cheers Taff, I'm up the west end this week end , I'll nip into Foyles in charing x rd . Don't know if you've ever been there ? Brill independent bookstore 4 floors and they have just about everything.

Wow bet that is a real collectors item now !

I still find new things in it every time i read it . Something someone said is picked up much later n u thing 'ahhhh now i get what he means in that bit '
