I am from Liverpool. My Dad was Cornish. My earliest memory was coming home from a operation on my teeth and cheering Liverpool to a win over Newcastle, 1972 or was it 73?
I am sad that Brian Clough has passed away. But, he is also the man that said that Hillsborough was caused by Liverpool fans killing Liverpool fans. Am I wrong? If I am, please delete me.

He did make derogatory comments but he was also an alcoholic at the time and in the last few years I really enjoyed listening to him, he will be a loss to football.

Thanks for the welcome. So kind. Sorry, I meant to say I was an onionated female and an oxymoron at that, but senility is setting in, hence the need to join this board, so I can make sense whist I still can.
Deffo a female the last time I looked and hubby hasn't screamed yet. :upside:
