What do you guys think about dating a girl taller than you?  Yes or no? Why are why not?

I've had this discussion with so many people, and it's a bit strange to hear what people think.

Criteria here is a bit odd, before I got married I'd 'date' pretty much anything female. Preference would then go to beauty, tits, a.ss, legs, bum etc. height would never come into it.
I reckon this must only be an issue for short blokes, but even then, why limit the prospect pool? Makes no sense

No, but I'm 6 ft 2 anyways so I won't find a girl taller than that!!!

not just taller, but fatter and stronger too. as long as she can pick me up and show me who's boss i'm happy.

I prefer them shorter. I'm more into petite girls, as some call them. Though I have nothing against taller girls either. Not taller than me though, not because she'll be taller but because I'm tall my self and too tall chicks are kind of a turn-off. 1.80 meters (little less than 6ft I think) at max.

You should see some of the girls around here, im 6'0 and these girls make me look like a shrimp, at least 2 of them are 6'4 !

If this is the case Ethan, then there is no need to take the opinion of others seriously, or even ask for opinions. It's just your own opinion, you either like the girl or you don't.

But no this isn't the case.  I was honestly just curious.  All my American buddies say no don't date a girl shorter, and all my foreign buddies say it's fine, so I was wondering if it's an American thing or what. 

And for what it's worth I'm a short guy, 5'6 so seems many girls are taller than me.

Ethanr I'm 5'6" as well so i feel your pain. I've dated both shorter and taller. height dont make no odds to me, but most womenm will prefer a bloke to be taller - i think deep down it's a primevil man must protect woman thing so they feel safe with a man who's taller.

My wife is an inch taller than me, so there's not much in it - none of the tits at eye level as mentioned above, but she still says at times that she wishes she was shorter than me (her way of saying she wishes I was taller)
