YES.I Will solve the problem of teenage delinquency.Not by simple stalling methods like co-curricular activities.(Obviously,many kids write down this method in such essays)
Hahaha.I will BAN TV shows where even the shoulder of women are exposed or one censored word is used.I will set a tracking device in every computer in the country to ensure no ADULT website surfing even for adults.I will jail all people who sell cigarettes and alcohol to teens.Note,jail,not issue summons.I will also jail teens who smoke and drink.I will ensure all cyber cafes are closed during school hours whether they like it or not.

And yes,I'm a genius.Psychotic still but a genius.

I can't.I live in Malaysia where non-Muslims can't be the head of the country.And the UN registers the country as MONARCHY.
