Just to let people know Bernard Diomonde has managed to drag himself up by the bootstraps since he returned to France.

His efforts have been one of the main reasons Ajjaccio managed to stay in the top flight of the French league and last weekend he bagged a hat trick in their final game of the season, thus ensuring their top flight safety!

The mind boggles.....

the guys a world cup winner! he was part of the france world cup winning side that gerard houllier created!

This is one player of many, that's Houllier could not handle, or be given a chance to show what this player can do, and I am not sorry or sad to Houllier go, but I am well surprised to see him lasting 6 years. This lousy manager has wasted over £78 M  on players that's he hardly used in his team, and some of them were quite good players, but he had kept selecting the likes of Smicer,Cheyrou,Diouf,Diao,Biscan etc. Bernard Diomede was a good player, but once again Houllier couldn't or did not know how to use this player, the manager was USELESS.
