WTF Gerrard?

How the f*ck did Sterling get booked for that foul (which he actually got the ball), they turned around and did the exact same foul on Sterling for no foul, and now tugging on our keepers jersey to slow play down again, and still no booking?

Fair ball to Gerrard ,should have handled it easilly and Sterling deserved the booking clearly caught him from behind..

We are so sloppy it's embarrassing ,either nerves or just poor game fitness. Enrique so poor ,Sterling nervous and Gerrard no where to be seen..We are pressuring them good enough to produce chances on goal but we have no composure....Relax the fck up guys and it's ours.

He played him into pressure where his only option was to play the ball right back (and didn't communicate to him either, by the way as Stevie clearly thought he could turn freely), where there were opposition were standing. When he has the ball in his hands, that's not what we want him doing.

And I'm not saying Sterling shouldn't have been booked, I'm saying if he's booked for that, then they should've had a few bookings by now.

hope they don't take drug tests as so many of our players are clearly stoned...Basic actions of stopping the ball and passing are no where to be seen.

Having one up front is just not working for us, and we are not pressing high up the pitch. Surely BR can see what is wrong (aside the defence)

I'm not sure the tactics are wrong just too many players not performing ,we are getting the ball in excellent position but just unable to develop anything..The whole MF is pathetic and Mario is a lazy *****. If Daniel was playing he would have finished with a hatrick.

Lallana needs to play this game is built for him. Gerrard should be subbed.

I"m just disgusted with the lack of courage and balls by all our players (Just lazy Mario plays with authority) ,Basel is clearly here for the taking we have load of space to create something but the lads are shiiting their pants playing heavily and with no focus and intent. Hendo and Marco were the worst because they basically hid the whole half ,Gerrard my god even the set pieces were taken from him...Coutinho and Sterling nervous ...Enrique is being paraded on his left side...What is left? I'm so frustrated with this team as it is evident they can produce so much better...

Hopefully Lallana will come in the second half.
