Getting rid of GH is all well and good but who would replace him? Please don't say Hoddle anyone!!!!!

I don't see how anyone could want us to finish 5th just to get rid of GH. Surely we all want the club to finish as high as possible?

I'm not saying i want us to lose games - i want to win them all - i'm fed up of feeling sh##e on a Saturday night and hoping teams like Villa lose so we can stay above them. I am just so certain that GH is no longer the right man for us that i would almost prefer to get it over with now, even if it means going backwards to go forwards. I am sure GH will stay if we finish 4th but i don't believe it will be anything more than a stay of execution. Finishing 4th and a new manager would be great but it won't happen.

It certanly wont happen if as expected supporters at tonights game start holding mosaics up on the kop proclaiming support for LFC and houllier!..under the misconception that they are showing their support for our club?..just a "gimmick organised by the "houllier lovers.It will give the board the wrong mesage, and gh another season!...god forbid!!

What have you got against GH . If he turns things around whats he done so wrong . We could get 4th spot and the eufa cup still .

Wake up and " smell the coffee" will yer?..after 5yrs gh is no nearer acheiving the title than he was when he took over, in fact we have gone backwards! his signings have been very questionable?..his tactics in some games cowardly, and his overall ability to read the game poor to say the least. Its says it all to me when fans will except 4th spot and a good run in the uefa cup as exceptable for LFC, how the mighty have fallen!!. (no more so than under gh?)

I think the mosaics are quite good, but they should show things that support the club rather than the manager.

Times change redtilldead , we are just going through a long building process .
Its perhaps the managers before Houllier you should be looking at . Dalgleish for example , he didnt start to rebuild did he . When it all started to go down hill he left us in the lerch with stress . Then he buggered up Celtic and handed the mess to John Barnes . Now he appears talking about the game , great player , but manager no way . All this anti Houlilier stuff is just jumping on a bandwagon , saying what you think people want to hear . The blokes doing his best give GH a chance .

Iappreciate what you are saying and agree with certain points, but gh has had long enough to build a team capable of challenging for the title his buys have been poor hie vision somewhat blurred, oh! and about "king kenny"..we last won the championship under him!!..srange that eh?

King Kenny was ok , but oks not good enough . He did it with someone elses team . Houllier had to rebuild the whole set up . The club chose Houllier over Evans . I myself liked Evans too . A real product of the Shankly boot room .

Evans was a good coach, but not cut out to manage, he was never strong enough to control some of our players?...his tactics were also poor, you only have to look at the antics out of some of the players in the 96" cup final?..white suits! i ask yer?...all he won was the "coca cola cup...just! against a first div team bolton.
