Did you watch the game?  I did not watch the game but I heard both teams played well especially Paul Robinson, Viduka, and Smith for Leeds.

Newcastle also played to a draw.  With a game in hand, there is still hope!!!

especially Paul Robinson, Viduka, and Smith for Leeds.

Don't worry, when Leeds get relegated we can buy all three of those guys.

Well ill tell you this, if we had a fraction of the fight and determination Leeds have we would be ok. The whole team give it there all.

Im glad Baros got one, it was a smasher and Kewell's was similar to the goal against Levski. I still reckon we have not seen Kewell even near his best yet.

All perhaps but Smith who has more yellows than goals

Alan Smith (Leeds Utd)

League - 36 goals in 160 appearances, 44 yellow cards & 5 red cards

Not what I'd want at Anfield, Heskey has the goals and doesn't have the disciplinary problem

At least Smith has a bit of fire in his belly though Owzat.  Are you really telling us you would prefer to see Heskey rather than Smith?  That's like saying you would prefer to see Houllier rather than MON. Smith has the same fire that Stevie G has for us and i bet you would like a few more like him?

I'd rather not see either of them. Viduka would be ok, but I'm sure we could get better, but Smith and Heskey don't score enough and Smith is a liability.

As for O'Neill - when he's won a major trophy then we should consider him

Well ideally, I'd like us to have Ruud van Nistelrooy and Thierry Henry, but I'm trying to be somewhat realistic.

Sometimes I wonder if people in here actually bother to watch the game ????? Leeds are fighting for their survival right now and have had a couple of decent results lately, namely a draw AT Old Trafford and hammering Wolves at home. Liverpool were a lot of things lots of people on here have been asking for all season, that is attacking , skillful and very entertaining. Ok a couple of defensive lapses cost us dear and yes i know results are everything but at lets have the decency to report on what actually took place on the field instead of having a post mortem after every game ....walk on
