just cos he missed one penalty doesn't mean he shouldn't take any more.beckam hass missed loads but he still takes penalties.

i'd go with milian baros.

i remember a spell last season of mikey missing quite a few penalties.
I would be a proffesional footballer if i wasn't limited by my lack of talent.

I'd stick with Baros but hopefully he won't miss any more. If not Baros then Alonso.

I like Pongolle the second i saw Baros was taking the kick i wondered why not Ping pong, cus he nailed 2 penalties against Tottenham in 2 situations where you couldn't pull more pressure on the guy; one to tie in the dying seconds and one to win.  If he's on the pitch I fancy him to take it.  I can't ever remember Baros taking it from the spot and I'm sure whoever we have will do well enough.  One bad kick doesn't justify replacing the man.

Baros rushed and that's why the goalkeeper stopped it without any difficulty.

It should be Steven Gerrard, the captain himself.

He looked over-confident when he took it. I'd say if he had been more relax, he should be able to score it. I think, we should stick with him, unless he does not want it.
