I am informed from a reliable source at the club that if say 2 applications for a ticket are received from Surrey and Kirkdale for example, that the applicant from Surrey will almost always succeed at the expense of the one from Kirkdale. Why? Simply because the person(s) from Surrey are more likely to spend £50 in the club shop.
It's a beautiful game!
