He was very impressive but what I didn't like is Aldo commentating - slating young foriegn lads at the club and saying they aren't good enough and blaming rafa for apparently being miles behind when it comes to youth development then the next minute praising Suzo and Ayala !!! Over the years I have gone off Aldo

He already looks like he is too good.  First time seeing him over 90 minutes, and I was even more impressed than before.  He reminds me of Iniesta the most, although Suso is painfully one-footed.  He is absolutely terrified to kick a ball with his right foot.  I would hope he would at least develop a Rabona.

Watching him tonight him being one footed didn't seem to be a problem as his left foot was extremely cultured

Ah yes Ozil probably describes him better. He sorta drifts into clever pockets of space were he can get that extra touch. Very intelligent footballer for his age isnt he.

Jesus fernandez saez what?

and wave em about like you just don't care... oh yeah...

I missed the game last night but caught a few highlights after and they were singing his praises... again. Id like to see him make a few appearances in the senior team this season.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

on the e-season ticket.

But before I get crucified, I have already canceled it, but since I signed up for a years worth it still works (will be running out soon though)

How do ya cancel it mate!? I tried several months ago but they've done a remarkable job of hiding the icon to do it. Keep meaning to cancel the debit direct at the bank!

I've watched a bit of Silva, Sterling and Suso on my ticket and I agree they all look a class above the other lads in the side. From a physical perspective Silva looks the most ready to step up to men's football. The Wright-Phillips comparison to Sterling is a good one and Suso deffo has a similar style to Fabregas. Fingers crossed we might see a couple of these lads push for a spot in the first team squad in18 months to 2 years time.

A rabona?

This lad didn't even play regularly for Cadiz, so what he has to do is work hard, and not doing luxuries like the Rabona.

A Rabona is something I don't like. There are other options. I like to see it every 5 years or so, but not as a handy resource.

Another two lads who impressed during last season and then for England under 18 during the summer are Andre Wisdom and Conner Cody - both got great potential with Wisdom looking very good at the back - very good on ball and brings it out of defence with ease . Cody can play as either a DM or CB and is tough tackling with a bit of q pass in him

do you mean like a trivela, or like developing the skill in your weaker foot?   :D

This kid must have a terrible right foot, he seems terrified to use it.  Meanwhile, his left if pure magic.  He needs to be able to threaten to go both ways, or else defenders will just force him to his right foot and he will be completely ineffective.  He wouldn't need to do it all the time, just have it as a legitimate threat in the mind of the defender to force him to play him more honestly.
