How many post do i need not to be a newbie

and  what do the footballs mean under my name

if not can you tell what do the footballs mean under the name

1=Newbie (upto 50 posts), 2=Member(50 to 100 posts), 3=Advanced Member (100 posts +).
I think it's elite member after that but don't know how many posts that takes ??
