I'm not a season ticket holder, but I've been going the games regularly this season for the first season in ages.  I've got a contact who pretty much can get tickets for all home games.  He's came up with the goods again for me today, I pick the tickets up tomorrow.  He's got me two for the Portsmouth game, me and my mate Ian are going.

I'll get to about 4 this season!
Its about the most i can afford unfortunately..
All saturday home league games, would really love to get over to a Champions League fixture but taking flights, hotel, ticket, beer money and a day and a half off work it's probably unrealistic and outta my budget!

But when i win the lotto i'll buy a helicopter and fly over every week!
We can all dream! :D

I'm Spaniard and can't go to Anfield. :(

I've traditionally followed it in tv in European games and some EPL matches. But with the internet I can watch them in the EPL very often now, almost all matches, so that's better than nothing.

ASAP I'll go to Anfield.

Why ask?  Is this a :censored: contest?  What are you going to do with the knowledge that one guy goes every week and another never does?  Use it against him?  Not being stroppy but what's the point?

No one should beat anyone up about it.  I lived in Anfield for two years and probably went to about five games the whole time, and that included the Tsunami game which Jason McAteer organised.  It's hard to get tickets for Liverpool matches, and it's nobodies fault if they can't go.  I'm sure given the choice, we'd all go to every game but it's just impossible to fit millions of fans into Anfield at once.  Someone's got to lose out, but I'm sure it wouldn't be through choice.

Look at it this way, I knocked back a ticket to the 1 - 4 Chelsea game last month two hours before kick-off as I was going on holiday to Thailand a week later, and I knew that it would have cost me a fucking fortune in beer money after the game as all my mates were meeting up in Liverpool City Centre afterwards.  I just couldn't have afforded to cut into my holiday spends to the tune of £150.00, as much as I wanted to go to the match, so someone else got an unexpected surprise when I told my mate I weren't taking the ticket he was offering me.  It's swings and roundabouts with tickets if you're not a season ticket holder.

Havent been to Anfield this season unfortunately.Only Reds match has been in Spain.Airfares, hotels, match tickets, beer money etc just cant be justified when you have kids and a mortgage. In my case, setting up home in another country (France) doesnt help much either.Thankfully, forums like this exist to keep me up to date on club news.

I have a season ticket on the KOP and therefore can get to any Away game as I have 11 "Stubs" (away games attended last season ) on my fan card. I've been away only once this season though (Boro away ) but am due to go to City (26th) and Sunderland away shortly afterwards.

As discussed on this forum I attended 11 aways in the prem last season, 1 Carling Cup Game Away  (Final) and the FA Cup against Burnley (again away) and failed to see us win in ANY of these games!!!!!!!!! ??? Our finest hour (Istanbul Away ) I didn't go to cos I was ill and i wonder why they call me a Jinx on here ! :D

Don't really get the point of the thread but I thought I'd throw my attendence redord in with the rest :p

For the record I don't believe it gives me more of a right to speak but it does make you wonder if "some" people on here actually even watch the games sometimes judging from their comments. Seems to me that they are simply reacting to teh result rather the actual game.
