No, Not on alphabet soup, just cheated (Oh, woe is me for cheating) and went to the England web site, it listed by club all those who had Captained England... Guess they're wrong or you are. Which is it?

Dalglish, just checked Keegan did Captain England whilst still a L'pool player, that's 12 to my reckononing then.

All correct, Keegan is the twelfth, and the thirteenth is actually Emile. It was on the evening that the armband was passed round all and sundry, and he captained Liverpool against Leicester last season or the one before.
