you are not allowed to criticise any of our players, everything is rosy and we are the best team in the world ever ever ever and we will win everything this season

and then you wake up and be realistic

Fair comment  :)

Thank you Paul

Finally someone understands the point I have been trying to get across on here since last night

No I don't think that at all, all I'm saying is their is always two sides to everything instead of reflecting on the possitives AND negatives everyone just goes on about the negatives  :(

well said.

we deserved to win last night for our first half performance alone. considering the personnel who didn't even start the game i thought we were superb. ok second half we surrendered a lot of possession but i thought we thoroughly deserved the win.

we have to make the best use of what we've got. we're not going to go out and hammer teams. it's just not realistic. last night was a very tricky game but you have to say that the manager got it right again in europe.

how people can complain is beyond me.

So lets just be happy.....

BTW is it juz me or is chelsea a real gay name for a football club ? (chelsea clinton  :oh: )

I am a huge Cisse admirer, although I admit that a lot of that comes from the heart, rather than the head.

He was poor yesterday, and I think that in a game where we are under a lot of pressure, if you're a pacy striker coming on later in the game, you should be running around, putting there defenders under pressure. He was a bit too lethargic, and as you say, displayed poor control.

The main two points that annoyed me were:

A) Yelling at Sissoko - I know he's said that's how he deals, but I don't know. It's not really what the fans want to see, and just smacks of immaturity and selfishness.

B) He only passed to Garcia when he was ABSOLUTELY sure that there was no chance he could score himself. This much was obvious. When he was out wide, he could have easily slotted Garcia in, but chose instead to cut in and see if he could have a go himself. Now I appreciate that's he's had an awful summer with all the speculation and that he must be incredibly eager to impress - but we really could have done with a third goal. The team should always come first.

haha

Rock you are a funny guy. Your posts have no readibility, make no sense, arent well thought of but the fact that your comebacks have so much of an effort put in them makes me smile.

you can ignore problems and hope they go away or you can highlight them. problems never fix themselves. they have to be repaired.

im not saying we didnt deserve to win, it was an excellent result but we have to play for 90 minutes,, i hate to see us hanging on.

come on guys 28% possession in the second half.

Mate I don't think your grasping anything here, what myself and St Mike are saying is that people are always reflecting the negative points and nothing positive.

By all means talk about problems that you can see but that all people do on here, they never talk about the good things  :;):

yeah chelsea forever. :p

a serious question here. for all the money you've spent, do you actually think that you're an entertaining team to watch? because personally i think watching chelsea is like watching paint dry. do you seriously think that fans are gonna fork out nearly £50 for a game against anderlecht? no wonder you're ground was half empty last night. :D

I'm more looking at the point that Cisse is not showing the correct application and or attributes which Rafa seems to like from his forwards!

Crouch and Morientes seem to be the mould of forward which is prefered. Its regardless whether we like Cisse see him as someone who has bundles of pace and fire power. He will get played i'm sure but i don't think it will be every game!
And john Craig hits the nail on the head that he isn't doing himself any favours by not working hard!
Garcia is regarded as a fancy dan by some but he worked consistently hard for the entire game!

Chekski could be managed by George Graham and be more entertaining.
