i think Liverpool have what it takes t get fourth spot, but it looks increasingly difficult with the terrible luck we are having with injuries. with Alonso now out,Kewell alos (thats sh*t cos he was starting to find his form again) Baros being uncertain with his hamstring its hard to see us firing on all cylinders.
dont get me wrong i think we can still do it but i think it will go to the wire.

i know its an obvious thing to say but it really hinges on who we bring in this month, and how they perform.
its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.

Depends also on Riise's injury. To lose two players from that game would be a big loss. Aint too sure we'll miss Kewell, he werent playin as well as he can anyway. (Be good if anything, he gets a break to get back to what he was when we bought him) Riise added a whole different dimension to our left side, good attackin qualities with a hell of a shot to match, without him we could suddenly be a little bereft on the 'shots on target' tally. Ok, they dont all go in, but he seems to have found the net again of late.
Aint seen no news or read anythin to inspire me into thinkin we'll have fresh talent on display friday nite.....
Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

until the leverkusen match, when people hope alonso to be back (and kewell too?) we have...

norwich A
burnley (FA cup) A
watford (carling cup) H
man u H
southampton A
watford (carling cup) A
charlton A
fulham H
birmingham A

its not a too difficult run of games, and we shouldn't drop too many points even with our even more depleted squad. if we get all our big players back for the first leg of the CL game and for the games afterward we'll do fine. 4th spot = no prob - and with the unlucky and unsettled season we're having 3rd or higher wouold be a bonus.
