Is it possible to buy CL match tickets direst from the club or are there restrictions?

Also can anyone confirm that home leg will be on 22nd or 23rd February.

Any info greatly appreciated.

To get CL tickets you have to have purchased them from previous rounds, not sure about the actual dates for the game but I do know the first leg is at Anfield.
