hi forum.
does anybody else think UEFA in their infamous wisdom, should sit down and review their policy of yellow cards being carried over into subsequent rounds (or match nights) whatever the terminology. it is both daft and unfair that this situation 1. ruins a player/teams chances of fielding a strong 11 in the next game.for an earlier booking in the competition. also the application of these cards by certain referees ISNT standardised. ask senor alonso. 2. why cant video evidence be used to both incriminate AND exonerate players indiscressions. btw am i alone in sensing jose mourinho is a bit twitchy over the fact his team failed to score? im sure i noticed his adams apple going up and down more times than mae west the longer the match went on. as well you aint fooling anybody mate if you think bluff and bravado are qualities the STEALTHY rafa benitez doesnt also possess!
