Reading are all but in the promised land but I want Leeds to come back up. i suppose it's fashionable to gloat at their recent demise but I'd like to see them come back up.

And Preston from the Play Offs as it's one of Shankly's old haunts. ANY Club that names one of it's stands  "the Shankly Stand" gets my vote :D

Reading are up.

If we are realistic the top division needs Leeds in it. They are a massive club and its good for the game.

After that I'm not bothered, I like Ipswich but they haven't a hope. I don't think Sheff UTD will be promoted as Warnock is an over rated whinge bag of a manager who always bottles it and then tries to solve his problems every year by going out and buying 4 new but rubbish strikers.

Oi the Blades will go up, Leeds are just pretenders, every time Warnock identifies a player Leeds try to come in and poach the player, it's worked once or twice but nowadays more are opting to join Blades, and no matter what the world thinks, Neil Warnock is the reason why-- with players like Craig Short, David Unsworth, Paul Ifill, Akinbiyi, Webber as examples, they all turned down Leeds citing Warnock as the reason why.

Read the message thread between Watford fans and Sheffield United fans on www.fantasy-football-league.co.uk it gives you an ideas what the Blades are doing, and doing very well.

They are the first British club to own outright a top Chinese club in Chengdu bulls, now renamed Chengdu Blades, they have one of the best academies in the North of England, they are averaging 23500, not Liverpool standards but they aren't watching Liverpool, they haven't won owt since 1925, they have been in the championship for 12/13 years, longer than any other club, they have no debt, they own their ground unlike Leeds and SWFC, they are building a 4 star 8 storey hotel on the ground carpark, they are rebuilding the kop to give a capacity increase from 33,000 to 40,000, which with consistent premiership status, better players, and better football will fill.
They are the only championship team who fill every away end bar none, 6000 to coventry saturday.

They filled anfield away end the other year as well, and every pub within walking distance.

so let me tell you the Blades are far better equiped than Leeds to go upo and stay up.

But you've just said it yourself:

They've been in the 2nd tier of English football longer than any other club.

So I reckon they should stay there until they get a manager that isn't a walking pile of septic puss.
