Hello everybody,

I was checking this forum for quite some time now, but I never registered for some reason. Now I have done that part, it's time for some sort of introduction.

I'm a 17-year old Liverpool fan living in a town called Schoten near Antwerp which makes me Belgian  :D  I've kept an eye on Liverpool since 2002 and became a real fan about 4 years ago. I have no idea why I have this strange connection with Liverpool, but I do know I don't like Mancs  :cool:

In 2 months I'm going to read Dutch and English at the university of Antwerp and with a bit of luck I can finish my third year in Liverpool, but I'm probably too optimistic.

My full name is Ben Van den Broecke to give you an example of a typical Flemisch last name  :shifty

Welcome, mate.

Ypres is as far as I've been in Belgium, if anyone is interested in the history of WW1 then it's a must-see. The Menin gate, Tyne Cot cemetary, Vancouver corner, Sanctuary Wood, Spanbroekmolen, Bayenwald, just some of the places to take in and reflect.

Have you read the rule on here where it says to post  you have to send Nanny loads of  Belgium chocolate :laugh:
