I am bouncing this morning...woke up to an unconditional offer from Lincoln Uni....now it doesn't matter what my A-Level results look like at 11am

It's deferred to 2010. I'm starting to regret that already!

you can defer entry to uni for the next year if you have things going on in the coming year or if you want to get some work experience or money to fund uni.

anyway I'm at Leeds Uni and love it at the moment. Next year its gonna be a sh!tload of time in the library tho :(

the first year just gets everyone on a level footing.

the 2nd year will be harder and so on

dont get top grades in the first year, the lesser grades in the 2nd and then worse in the 3rd. do it the other way round. that impresses examiners more.

i took it easy and then steadily built on that, culminating in a first class honours degree

You're not alone...some of the best years of my life.  Away from home for the first time, no real responsibilities besides my studies, loads of mind-expanding experiences (  :eyebrow  )...those were the days.

Nice one, kid...enjoy the uni years while they last and savor every moment.  :nod
