Because people like him infuriate me.

People who can not see through the woods for the trees.

Yes we have  up BIG TIME with our home form, and some of the blame for that lies at the feet of Rafa for various team selections, but to post on a football forum that :

"It seems the number of people wanting rid of Rafa is growing all the time"

"Can you please explain to me what exactly is so great about Rafa because I don't see it."

"I see a very average manager who seems to have lost the respect of the players, they certainly don't play with any great degree of passion."

"I don't understand how Rafa is a tactical genius when he fecks around with the formations and plays people out of position, maybe you have a different point of view and can enlighten me."

"I don't understand how someone who realistically thinks he will sign a player against against Red noses wishes can have a firm grasp on reality let alone the workings of the premership!!"

"It is time for rafa to leave, he's had his chance and enough money and has not proven himself."

Surely you jest, Leon?

If not then why? Because his opinion differs from yours and maybe the majority of the other posters? Because of his aggressive and offensive style (which I've yet to see btw)? What exactly about him do you not like and you feel deserves a good smack up the mouth?

The theory of "herd mentality and small minds"....

1. One measures another's intelligence by how much the other entities thinking is similar to one's own. By exclusion, everyone else whose thinking differs is automatically "stupid".

2. One automatically assumes that every person that one agrees with or loves is beloved by all others. Conversely, the opposite applies as well.

Sad that... coming from a mod. :no

Unless of course it's another case of sarcasm, in which case, I apologize. You see... I'm English, not Scouse so sometimes I miss the punchline.

In the summer Heimdall was raving about Rafa, now he calls him a f*cking idiot, and various other abusive words.

He is the epitome of the word 'fickle'.

Very good

I just look at an internet site which sells to anyone a percentage of professional football players.

And we look for the possibility of any of us to buy a percentage of a player as Figo, Messi, etc..?

There is good future young stars on sale.

I think it is an innovative concept, and I think it is worth looking at realplayermanager.

The site is www.realplayermanager.com

What about Hitler? Should those in charge have ignored HIS differing opinions, too?

It's a double-edged sword mate.

That's true, mate.... extreme example but I do agree...

I guess it's the context and consequence that's important though...

After all, we could go the other extreme and look at say Nikola Tesla.... who stipulated that it was possible to create a brushless AC motor without having to create a perpetual motion machine. Ridiculed in his time but ultimately proven right in the end. Would have probably accelerated electrical engineering by 10-15 years if not for the constant ridicule he had to endure.

At the end of the day, I'm not defending Heimdall per se. I don't agree with some of his views either. I just am tired of the constant bickering, hounding and flame wars that go on here sometimes which have caused an excellent forum to degenerate at times and resulted in posters getting hostile and in some cases getting themselves banned for what ever reason. I guess I just don't see the need to perpetuate that kind of behaviour that's all...

Fair enough.

But the day Heimdall comes up with an idea that will accelerate anything other than my blood-pressure, is the day Satan skates to work! :D

Caroline Flint.

Another headline grabbing dozy bint intent on making the poor poorer. People struggling to find work, struggling to make ends meet, struggling to find permanent work as agency staff are usually left behind. What better way to ease the problems and stress these familys are having then to threaten them with homelessness. Honestly what is she thinking? Rich people are our friends, the poor are enemies GET EM!
