Q) You're in the Baghdad, you're a police officer and you find a suspicious abandoned briefcase. You might think it's a bomb. What should you do?

A) Clear the area and call the bomb squad?

Or

B) Open it yourself without any protective equipment while being assisted by other police equally unprotected and allow bystanders to look over your shoulder and crowd around?

What did this police officer do?
