The university challenge episode is a classic.  :D

The bit when Vivian is decapitated when he sticks his head out the train window is class!!

Ace Ventura must work in a kiddies playpark, as the clips ive posted are pretty tame

:D

My work pc only works for lfc.newkit or for enquiries on cases i am involved in regarding stolen pets.
Its a real pain, but since i stopped working freelance and joined the new police pet detection unit what i can view now is really limited.

Only saw it when it was first shown on tv. Think they only made 6 (?) episodes . Was a bit disappointed at the time , but maybe after "the young ones " my expectations were set a bit high . Would love to see it again .

Must say that the next Edmuson/Mayall outing "Bottom" exceeded all expectations . Probably watched the series even more than the Young Ones.

I just checked one of the "memorable scene" scripts off IMDb. Does anybody remember this as I think it was one of the funniest pieces of television I have ever seen. It was an interlude between scene's by a fella who looked a bit like Jim Dale from the carry on films, this was the dialogue:

[interlude between scenes]
Bloke: I've just been round to my neighbours, to borrow a drill - but he wasn't in!
[laughs grotesquely]
Bloke: ... So I broke in and ate his fish tank - but I weren't even hungry!
[laughs again]
Bloke: ... You won't catch me with me trousers!
[laughs even harder]

Feckin' comedy gold!! :bowdown

[Vyvyan and Rick are playing Monopoly]
Vyvyan: [reading Community Chest card] You have won 2nd place in a beauty contest...
[Rick laughs]
Vyvyan: ... smash Rick over the head with the bank.
[Vyvyan does so]
