I don't know if i'm turning into a grumpy old man but I was watching a comedy stand up show the other night and found myself thinking how nowadays when it comes to humour coarseness has replaced wit . For example one comedian who was p'issing me off big time closed his act with these two supposedly funny statements .

1, "You can teach a dog to f'uck but you can't f'uck a teachers dog"

2, "If the dogs tail is wagging it's not rape"

I didn't find either of those statements funny , maybe I'm past it  :sniffle .

Irishman, Aussie and a scouser are in a bar and spot jesus sat on his own.

They each send him a drink and jesus sups each pint slowly.
When he's finished he walks over to the irishman,shakes his hand and thanks him for the guiness. Blimey say's the irishman ,my arthritis has gone.

Jesus then walks over to the aussie and thanks him for the fosters. Crikey he says my bad back is cured.

Jesus then turns to the scouser , who promptly runs away screaming
" Feck off jesus i'm on disability benefit !"

two guys walking down the street get arrested by the police. when they get to the station they find that one has a pocket full of batteries and the other had a pocket full of fireworks.

one was charged, the other one was let off.
