ok no its you who made us lose the final  :D

just kidding!

shanks any recommendation on what herbs should i drink good for the stomach?

:D

I will look in my herb book for you, metalhead...

but aloe vera is good for the stomach...

I take Holland and Barrett's aloe vera juice as I find it good for the stomach lining and helps with stomach acid..

But it tastes awful on it's own, so I mix a little of it with blackcurrant drink and it tastes ok then.

But, if you take too much it, it can act as a laxative...
It is also used to 'strip' the bowel...

Anyways, hope your stomach is not too bad...do you have health shops where you live? I just don't know..

:)

lol cheers.

My mum is a herb addict, I forgot whats the name of the herb she gave me, it tasted good, well minty! There is Verven or the Tilluel Menthe (something like that) which are not bad, and clearly makes the stomach digest better.

My grandfather is a stomach doctor, so i usually go to him if anything happens to my stomach  :D

Yeh ofcourse we have health shops, alot too! I usually visit them for the protein  :D

Hi guys,

saw something funny in athens. Houlier got on this vip bus to the game, 5 mins later wenger ran on to the bus (he was being hounded by a bunch of africans). Two minutes later Wenger comes running out of the bus, vaults over the railing and jumps onto another bus. :D

Reckon he didn't want to sit next to Houlier.

From the Mirror -

Watford will have a new shirt sponsor next season, but will have the brand name Beko in stead of the Turkish firm's parent companies Kok Holdings and Arcelik

I did that mate, but when i arrived to Cheryndial (something like that) the guard took me in!!! they knew i killed someone, so i was forced to spend my time in jail  :( .

I have to slay this vampire right now, but i can't get to his house because his door is always locked and i only have 1 lockpick to open a hard level door  :D

Do the Nocturnal quest if you are level 10 and get an unbreakable lockpick. No more worries about large chests :D

Yes. Also if you watch the 2 Blades fight at cloud ruler temple for a couple of minutes you will gain 2 blade points and 2 block points. When you go to the Arena if you watch the 2 people practising fighting OUTSIDE in the grass you will gain hand to hand skills. Spend some money and get some training as well.

Buy a load of alchemy items and make a load of potions you will soon boost your ratings, and make money.

Remember you can only level up when you sleep, so as soon as you get the yellow level up sign (looks like a half picked flower with an arrow) go to sleep.

I can't remember whether I gave you a walkthrough mate, so here is a good one.

OBLIVION walkthrough
