I'm wanting to buy a new Liverpool strip. I'm from Australia and was wondering whether it is better to buy one in Australia or buy one from England and get it posted over here. Which one would be better to buy it from? And where, if England, can i buy it and get it shipped over? Should i wait till next season to buy one? Which strip would you recommend?

I'd get it from Australia, provided it's official merchandise.

It'll cost you a fortune to get one flown over.

Why not get the current home and away, then get next seasons when they come out!?! :D

Just from this season I've got the home, CL, and 2 away ones. (I had to get Fowler on the back when he re-signed!!!!! :D )

I buy every strip if it's possible.

Well I don't know what the Aussie shops are like for imports, so I can only suggest you telephone the club shop and ask them if there is a branch down under.

Failing that, you could ring the LFC supporters club in Australia and ask them (if there is one).

Since we are getting new kit manufacturers (adidas) next season, you'd be best advised to wait until next season.  You can get Liverpool kits at places liek Rebel Sport and Kingsgrove sports (if you live in Sydney) for usually around $AU130.

However you can get them for 40 pounds from the UK ($95 AUD) and shipping is usually about $25 AUD.  That's $120 AUD as opoposed to 130, and you get it delivered to your doorstep.

As for the numbering, palces in Australia cna probably do it for you but IMO it's easier if you get it done by the place in the UK where you buy it from. That will cost another $25 AUD, so you are looking at a little less than $150 for a new kit with numbering dleivered form the UK.

As I said, wait for the new kit to come out next season but once it does I'd either get it off the offical club shop online, or subside sports. Both I have had kits dleiverd to Australia fro mwith no hassles at all. There is also kitbag.com

Here's the links for those places.

Rebel sport can order them for you if its not on the rack and they can get them with name and number if so desired.
