Yeah, I'm fully up to date myself now, just watched 13 and 14 myself today.

I can console myself now with Episodes 3 - 8 of Season 5 of 24 which I'm currently downloading, as good as Lost is, 24 is by far still my favourite show on television EVER!!!!

Jack Bauer is simply the greatest man who ever never lived.

Mikz, don't want to go off topic but it's in it's fifth season now.  I've seen every episode ever apart from the ones I'm downloading at the minute.  It's simply engaging, addictive TV.

I would be a bastard to give you any spoilers but the first series was simply the best thing I have ever seen.  It was breathtraking, particularly towards the end of the series.  It will throw you one way then another, you will end up thinking some of the characters are double agents, only to find out that they are the good guys, and the people you thought were bad guys turn out to be the heroes, then it simply will throw you again and you won't know what to believe, which characters to trust and you never find out until the last episode of the series.

If you like stings in the tail, twists in the story etc..... like The Sixth Sense, The Usual Suspects and Primal Fear, season 1 of 24 has some of the best storylines I have ever encountered, one of which in a particular episode you would never see coming in a million years.

I really don't want to spoil anything for you.  Just watch it, and tell your missus to keep schtum, because to spoil it would be a crime.  Like I say, just watch it, you will not be sorry.

Just as a test, why don't you just download the first episode of Series 1 on torrent?  I actually own all the box sets so I did not have to wait 'until next week' to find out what happened next.  I have feigned illness in my job to take days off and watch this in an eight or nine hour shift in one day because I can get away with it and because I couldn't wait to see what happened next.  Sad but true.

:D I should be asking you John -you made it.

Well -Im just gonna order series 1 and 2 of ebay, save a lot of waiting etc and she says ya cant miss one single episode. I remember watching a bit of an episode ,where a woman and her daughter were being chased in their car and it crashed (and i had to go out), but i remember thinking -I want to watch that again.
Then recently -i was checking to see who was winning the tv ratings war between Lost,Smallville,Invasion etc and i seen 24 at the top... :Oo: after one single episode lol
If it lives up to Smallville and Lost -Ill be one happy man. :grinning:

David Hasselhoff walks onto a film set and says
"I want you all to call me Hoff"
The director replies
"sure man, no hassle"
