Dawson and Judge are missing because :

They're drinking for 2 weeks now, all day and all night.

Reason for Dawson to get himself so drunk :
His bird - Natalie Portman did this to herself, and now while intimate Dawson feels like gay

Reason for Judge to get himself so drunk :

Judge's depressed because he's terrible in googlefight and he lost with me by a mile. And he's an alcoholic so that's hardly any news that he's drinking
