beer is the utilitarian choice, you can have it on any occasion with anything.
i love a good whisky, but i don't want to have it with a curry
i love a good red wine as well, but i don't want to drink it on a hot summer's day
i love brugal rum with coke, but i don't want it on my rice crispies
