Here's a question for you. I was born withen the sounds of the Bo bells in London, making me a real Cockney (not a mockney like people from Oxford and Reading who all go around proclaiming that they are "well 'ard, innit" ala Ali G) so I was wondering what the criteria is for being a scouser. Ok, so you've got to have been born and bred in Liverpool, right? But is there a cut off line (aside from the obvious edge of the city)? Is there any point where you are just a Liverpudlian, or is there no clear boundry? Just wondering.

The Wirral doesn't count.  For instance, Jason McAteer had the accent but was no Scouser.
