Oddly my macbook gets blocked at home (via Sky router) but at work it works fine. Iphone and ipad don't work anywhere.

From the looks of the message, something has been switched on at the host end to block spammers or hackers and is incorrectly identifying board members as targets.

May not be incorrectly but rather too broadly. I know for a fact that the isp's in Singapore uses a proxy which makes all those who use the isp have the same iP address. So if someone is blacklisted or spammer the rest gets it too?

Same problem SCS and I'm using the same equipment as you. Rebooting my modem fixes the problem but not for long. BT have suggested there is a fault with the modem (BT Infinity Home Hub - first version) and are sending out a replacement. I think they are barking up the wrong tree !!

I agree, I think the problem is with the host server for Newkit. The message is indicating that a service called 'ZB Block' (and 'Vulnerability Scanner') is the culprit.

I really hope this gets fixed soon. I essentially can only access this site from my work internet, which is routed through a Houston server. Problem being I am only in the office a few times a week. At this rate I'll have to get my forum fix somewhere else.

It seems to be IP address ranges that are being blocked. The problem being the range of the addresses is too broad and cutting out large numbers of users.

SCS - I have just realised that on my iPhone and iPad I am getting the same 403 FORBIDDEN Error Message as you but on my iMac and Macbook I am getting a 503 Error Message. I agree with you. This is something to do with Newkit. However it has only started happening since I updated to iOS7 and Maverick. I don't have any problems with any other websites that I visit.

I agree Lazza I don't think it is iOS7 for one minute. ISP sent out a new modem and it wasn't that either. It is something at Newkit's end I'm sure of that.

I'm back in the office and finally get access again.

This is 100% server side. I think the first step should be to investigate this 'ZB Block' application.
