I went into the pet shop the other day because I was interesting in buying some bees and the fella said they never sold bees but as I pointed out  there was one in the window.

Lee Evans has it about right.

Bees. They don't know they've even got a f£ckin' sting. It's like buzzes,  it's a tw@t with a shotgun!

In La Rioja my family has an old house in the country, older than the United States (really old  :D ). And there's a big old tree close to the house, where a hive of bees live, and it has been that way since my father was a child.

So I have theoretically the hive, but I don't have the balls to get the honey  :D

In a stupid romantic way I love them having that part of the tree, and knowing that if you don't bother them they don't bother you (they never have gone mad or angry).

Plus, there's too many farmers selling good natural honey these days, so I don't feel the need to get started in the art of apiculture.

Paying someone to do the apiculture might be more expensive than buying the natural honey to a well known farmer?

Bees are one of my 3 phobias. The other 2 being clowns and animals dressed as humans.
