Haha those two made me chuckle s@int. I have been through Canada, and in Manitoba (sp?), specifically Thunder Bay the mossies are rampant.

The front of my car just had hood ornaments (rear ends of enoromous mossies). And camping is a nightmare, can't see 5 meters for the bugs.

Oh Canada! swat, Oh Canada! ouch.
