Its not a wind up, a mate of mine is a lawyer, and he was part of the team originally investigating hte financial irregularities at the Belgian club involved. Apparently a guy who works with him leaked this to the press.

I have thought for a long time that he has too much influence at the FA.

Despite their obvious guilt (David Dean's signature is on the contract under investigation) I don't hold out much faith in either FIFA or UEFA coming down hard on Arsenal.......

Remember this is the same UEFA who took Liverpol to the brink over qualification for the Champions League this last season desopite being Champions !
