Im the man a policy of buy british and only class proven foreign acts. The first season would have to be transition, but quality players on the cheap would arrive. Okocha would be here for free (hijack contract talks at Bolton), Morientes on season long loan. Ballack for £8m and two quality centre halves would replace the slowing hyypia and henchoz (Biscan would be out)

A similar scenario to Madrid, in their rule of the Zidanes and Pavons. Turn the club into a far more reaching global brand, (so it would be Coca-Cola for Carlsberg) and megastores in the far east.

f##k Houlliers five year plan, i'd p#ss it and bring the reds back to the forefront of European football with a sound financial base. We'd be able to compete with the biggest in europe for a grade footballers.

I'm not voting for myself because I am beginning to sound too much like GH. I mean I have even started blaming my workmates when things go wrong..........

But any of the guys here would play differently to Houllier's approach of...........defend, play it tight, kick it down the middle and hope that Michael Owen does the rest.

And we would be more honest after a defeat. When we lost, it would be refreshing for the manager to say........''well, it just didn't work for us today. The boys tried their best but I have to hold my hand up. They swamped us in midfield and I should have altered our gameplan much earlier than I did. They were hungrier, sharper and tactically the better team today. No doubt about that.''. Or something like that.

I think who ever is top of the polls prior to the Arsenal game should get te option to name his best starting eleven without fear of contradiction.

I'm torn between JBG and Supersub. I reckon Supersub does a decent job on the forum so I'll give him the vote with me and JBG as assistants/coaches. Dom1 and cheesy can clean the lavs! :D
