Definately the Cup, i take the extra Qualifiers for 3rd place any time to get hands on that piece of silverware which i still highly rate.
Really sad to see that cup for some has been devalued in recent times but i guess thats understandable and i blame it on all the MANCs.
(disclaimer i tend to blame everything on the MANCs )

cant believe 4 people would perfer 2nd than silverware. wats finishing 2nd compared to silverware not to mention we'd be beating chelsea in order to win the cup

FA Cup Finals are great occasions even if recently the aura has been somewhat diminished by the obsession that clubs have with the Champions League.

I'm first and foremost a fan and love the experience and occasion of a Cup Final. Many teams fans enjoy the occasion but none do it better than LFC, the banners, the colour, the banter etc...... is just a great experience as a fan.

3rd may mean we have to qualify but we don't usually have a problem doing that and forsaking a FA Cup Final to see the Mancs have to qualify for the CL instead of us is no match for a day in Cardiff

we not beating chelsea in final to win fa cup but in semi final....2nd place for me coz automatic cl place and ferguson badly need to finish 2nd.

FA Cup for sure, it means there is one more trophy to add to the cabinet, I've heard rumors that they need to expand the trophy cabinet because we are winning so many trophies

It's a bit sad when people would rather Liverpool finish second, miss out on silverware and make the Scum play two extra games, than win the FA Cup and play the games ourselves.

Cup and third place is OK for me.

By finishing 3rd, we only have one two legged CL qualifying round.

It hasn't lost any of it's sparkle/appeal (call it what you will) remember the players faces on May 13th when the winning penalty went in?
If you're not gonna win the League, winning a Cup has to be a better option.....
