I know its possible to be in more than one of these categories.  I guess its two questions in one: can he play on the wing, or just give up on that idea

and how do you currently rate him as a striker on the scale of (not a winger to The next Henry)

Babel is certainly no winger in the true sense, but he can play both on the left or on the right IMO. I think he has improved already this season, has made good contributions to the team in quite a few games now, and will hopefully when given the chance show us that he can be even better up front. I think a few people are looking at the size of the fee and are expecting him to live up to it. I feel the size of the fee was in large part for the potential he has. A great prospect that we are already seeing some return on, I have no complaints at the moment.

I voted - Should be partnering Torres regularly, but maybe its still a bit early for him yet.

I guess that puts you inbetween not a winger and should be partnering torres regularly. And I thought I had made too many categories  :D

second striker imo.

Great Potential...good eye for goal....

His competition?.......better than Kuyt (easily).......Crouch is a pycho (V Jones mark II) :D  ...Voronin is a drummer from some death metal band, he's no ball player....

i voted partnering torres.
maybe not every game and i doubt benitez would even give him that but i would like to see it to see if it works.
both have skill, both have amazing pace, both have an eye for goal, they would scare any deffence
