Yeah they are well capable of winning if the right team turn up, sevilla are sh.ite but middlesbrough can be even worse on one of their off days. As long as the boro from the rest of the competition turn up im sure they can win

I take it you had never seen Sevilla play before tonight to make such an ignorant statement.

They are 5th in La liga (and will quite possbily qualify for the CL ahead of Osasuna) for a reason, and I guess after trouncing Boro tonight you may have changed your uninformed opinion of Sevilla.

But you have to feel sorry for Boro though.

They gave it their all but football can be a b'tch sometimes.

Respek to them for reaching the cup final and to be honest I quite envy their crazy journey of incredible ups and downs. The last few months for them was perhaps one of the greatest examples of  the highs and lows of football, and it really showcased the true spirit of the beautiful game. The comebacks, thrashings et all. They played with grit, determination and belief and have won my respect as well as that of many other fans all over the world.

Their season was a monument to everything that stood for football.

Passion.

Pain.

Desire.

Glory.

Well done.
