AGAINST OLYMPIAKOS AS WE HAD TO WIN 3-1 OR MORE WE WENT A GOAL DOWN AND THEN WE TOOK THE GAME TO THEM IT WAS A REALLY GOOD PERFORMANCE

prob Arsenal , to play the Champions off the park for the mjority of the game was great to watch, although Olypiakos would be clse as well.
I would have included the 2-0 win over Monaco at Anfield as well.

Our recent Derby Fixture at Anfield wil lno doubt have to be included come the end of the season but our performance against the reigning Prem champions , Arsenal at Anfield was top drawer and to restrict the Gunners to only one decent chance throughout the 90 mins was a considerable achievement. Tactically Benitez got it right that day when in reality he has mis-calculated especially away from home.
