Liverpool top scorer 2006/7 - Who do you think?

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Top Liverpool goalscorer in the 2006/7 Premiership season. 9/4Fav' Craig Bellamy, 5/2 Steven Gerrard, 100/30 Peter Crouch, 5/1 Robbie Fowler, 13/2 Luis Garcia, 12/1 Florent Sinama-Pongolle, 14/1 Mark Gonzalez..

These are the latest odds from bookies, who as usual are not being very generous with the odds.
I think Robbie will be top scorer if he gets a regular starting place or New Striker if we get one. I really cant see Bellamy or Crouch getting over 15 league goals each (but I would be delighted if proved wrong) Stevie had an exceptional goal scoring season last year but I think 10-12 this time.

Hopefully our top scorer is still to arrive.

But you would think from the above list it would be from Bellamy and Fowler, but both are injury prone so it is hard to tell.

I'm more tempted by Liverpool to finish above Man U - 11-8 (Bet 365)

Not bad when you consider they might get rid of Nistelrooy

a substantial amount - bets to wait to see pre-season signings first

I think it will be equal between Craig Bellamy and Steven Gerrard.

Hopefully they will both get 25 each.

I like bellamy's controvesial streak and aggression.

I think it's him or steven gerrard for top scorer!

Crouch is good, with holding the ball up, on the deck etc.  but not good enough to score many goals.

he;s not quick enough to get to the ball, headers, etc, like the likes of michael owen to get to the ball im afraid.

Crouch has never been a prolific scorer, and I can't understand why he would start doing it now!

We need one more striker.
