Anfield rd - Seating

hi,got tickets to see liverpool v southampton on 28th december.This will be the first time ive taking my son and was wandering if the seats ive got are in the away fans.The tickets are for the anfield rd end upper,block 221 enterance near the hillsborough memorial,and were purchased direct from the club.

I'm just moving this to a more appropriate forum Dazzler, but although I cannot answer your question, I do think that your ticket is close to where the away fans sit.

They don't normally put away fans in the upper tier. The Newcastle fans had half of the Anfield Rd lower teir today. (Main Stand side) Have a great day at Anfield.

They never put away fans in the upper tier for league games,so no worries you will be amongst the brethren.

I think that is the seat next to blackbeards season ticket speck ......
